Central heating forms part of the building’s shared installation. Do not assume that one apartment can withdraw independently or stop contributing to common costs.

Review current building energy rules, property ownership provisions, the relevant authority’s opinion and the gas distributor’s technical conditions together.
Consider the complete cost
Assess the gas line, flue, design, internal pipework, electrical works and building alterations alongside the boiler price. Establish feasibility before purchasing equipment.
