Data and purposes
We collect the name or organisation, email address, optional phone number, subject and message you submit electronically. We use them to assess requests, prepare quotations, respond and provide services. Do not include identity numbers, health data, passwords or payment card details.
Collection and legal grounds
Information is collected directly through the form by automated means. Depending on the request, processing relies on establishing or performing a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698, legitimate interests in managing enquiries under Article 5(2)(f) without harming your fundamental rights, and establishing, exercising or protecting a right under Article 5(2)(e). Acknowledging this notice does not grant marketing consent.
Recipients and retention
Requests are shared with authorised Ural Mühendislik staff. Hosting and email providers supply the technical services needed for delivery. Form data is processed by the website server and email service. The controller is responsible for ensuring that international transfers meet Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Delivery records contain only a reference, date and status and are removed within 90 days; email correspondence is retained according to the request and applicable obligations.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients; correction of inaccurate data; deletion or destruction when applicable; notification of corrections or deletion to recipients; object to adverse automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Apply using the methods permitted by the Communiqué on applications to data controllers, at the postal address above or from your email address previously registered with us. Applications are resolved within 30 days.
