Begin with an inventory
List make, model, serial number, verification year and service records. Do not assume that heat meters and radiator-based allocators are governed by identical requirements.
An authorised process
Periodic inspection, repairs and verification marking follow the authorised service process defined in the relevant regulation. Confirm deadlines, application periods and any exemptions against the current text.
Compare the options
Request a written scope covering removal, inspection, refitting, commissioning and possible replacement. Do not assume that exemptions apply automatically to every building.
