Different requirements.
One engineering approach.
From meters to plant rooms and from design to reporting, we assess the building as a whole.
Meter reading and cost allocation
We assess heat meters, heat cost allocators and water meters within a consistent reading period. We define the inventory, reading method and reporting scope to suit your building.
- Matching meters to individual units
- Period readings and anomaly checks
- Separating heating and hot-water costs
Remote reading and automation
We examine device communication features and site conditions to assess wired M-Bus or wireless RF infrastructure. Remote data transmission is planned around compatible collectors and connectivity.
- Protocol and device compatibility review
- Cabling or RF coverage assessment
- Collector, modem and communication planning
Natural gas design and installation
We review residential and commercial gas requirements alongside existing drawings and equipment locations. The scope is defined according to distributor requirements and the necessary approval process.
- Existing design and capacity review
- Equipment, flue and ventilation assessment
- Design and implementation coordination
Central heating and plant rooms
We assess cascade boilers, distribution pipes, pumps and controls as a whole. We identify the operating problem and explain maintenance, adjustment or refurbishment needs using technical findings.
- Existing system and operating analysis
- Pre-season maintenance planning
- Hydraulic balance and temperature control
Mechanical systems and refurbishment
For recurring heating, circulation or installation problems, we examine the system as well as the visible fault. We define the work scope, sequence and return-to-service conditions in writing.
- Site survey and condition records
- Pipe, valve and insulation assessment
- Hydraulic balancing and refurbishment planning

Clear answers.
Are heat meters and heat cost allocators the same?
No. A heat meter measures transferred heat energy; a radiator-mounted allocator produces a consumption share for cost allocation. The distribution layout determines the appropriate solution.
Can every meter be read remotely?
No. The device module, protocol and installed reading infrastructure must be compatible. A preliminary review using the model and serial number is a good starting point.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Building location, number of units and meters, device make and model, current installation or reading method and the requested scope are sufficient to begin.
Does the calculator show my actual bill?
The tool shows the basic area and consumption allocation for central heating using the entered values. Hot water and special cases require separate assessment. The result is not an official cost statement.
Why does an empty apartment pay a common share?
The common share in central heating is based on area. Not using an apartment does not automatically remove this contribution. Check area and consumption items separately.
What should I do if a meter is faulty?
Record a display photo, serial number and error code and notify management. Do not interfere with the seals or device; technical checks and the allocation method must be assessed together.
